Required Experience: Minimum +3 years of Experience in high end
finishing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
- Experience in High End Finishing and Fit Out Works.
- Residential and commercial experience background.
- Excellent communication & leadership skills.
- Very good knowledge of reading & understanding technical & shop drawings.
- Must owns a private car.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for finishing and fit out of projects.
- Responsible for all day to day site activities.
- Follow up with all subcontractors and monitoring the progress of their work.
- Prepare reports for site activities.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Uphold site inspections for all fit out works.
- Monitor material usage and ensure the least waste overall production processes.
- Propose and implement innovative ideas to save materials and man/hours
- Responsible for following the site schedule and maintain delivery of site on time.
- Assuring the quality/safety measures are maintained on site.
- Preparing & Reviewing the subcontractors’ invoices according to site progress.
